1. Item Condition and Descriptions

  • As-Is Sales: All guitars are sold in used condition.
  • Detailed Listings: We provide detailed photos and descriptions of all cosmetic wear, modifications, and structural flaws.
  • Player Responsibility: Buyers must review all media and descriptions thoroughly before completing a purchase.
  • Discrepancies: Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings do not constitute a misrepresentation.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards.
  • Hold Policy: Items are not reserved or held until full payment or a non-refundable deposit is cleared.
  • Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Carrier: We ship via insured carriers with signature tracking requirements.
  • Packing: Guitars are packed securely in dedicated guitar boxes with detuned strings to prevent neck tension damage.
  • Damage Claims: You must report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
  • International Shipping: Buyers are solely responsible for all import customs duties, taxes, and local clearing fees.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Inspection Window: We offer a 48-hour approval and testing period starting from the time of delivery.
  • Return Authorization: You must contact customer support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping an item back. 
  • Restocking Fees: Returns for reasons other than "Not as Described"; are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: The buyer pays for fully insured return shipping unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
  • Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the exact condition received, including all accessories, cases, and paperwork.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • No Warranty: We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Vintage Instruments: We are not liable for natural wood degradation, truss rod limitations, or electronic failure due to the age of vintage instruments.
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim cannot exceed the
    purchase price paid for the specific item.
