We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site. This includes:

  • Processing your payment information through Bankful.
  • Arranging for shipping of guitars directly to your address.
  • Coordinating the shipment of firearms to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder near you, as required by law.
  • Providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.
  • Communicating with you regarding your order status.
  • Screening our orders for potential risk or fraud.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

  • Payment Processing: We share your financial information with Bankful to process online transactions securely.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Because we sell firearms, we must comply with federal, state, and local laws. We will share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for  nformation we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
  • FFL Dealers: If you purchase a firearm, your contact and order details will be shared with your chosen local FFL dealer to facilitate the legal transfer of the firearm and the required background check (ATF Form 4473).

4. Data Security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Because we handle high-value merchandise and regulated goods, we employ industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data during transit. Your payment data is handled externally by Bankful in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

As a business operating out of Texas, we respect consumer privacy choices. Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Please note that certain transaction records related to firearm sales cannot be deleted due to federal record-keeping requirements imposed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
